How To Charcoal Grill
bradkoesters asked:

al, but the wife has said no. Well now 1 side of the propane burners has gone bad, so we need to either get a new grill or use charcoal. She is still anti charcoal, so my question is how long does it take for the charcoal to become cooking temperature, then how long once it is warmed up to cook a burger, or piece of chicken. Any and all info would be great.

How To Charcoal Grill
SOULjahGyrl 2 DST asked:

I have a Weber charcoal grill. I heard you should bake your chicken before you grill it…is this correct? How should I prepare and cook the chicken safely and make it delicious?
I am trying to prepare drumsticks on a Weber charcoal grill. What is the best way to prepare them? Is there any pre-cooking involved?

citizenvnfl asked:

Get 2″ thick center cut chops
slice from outer edge of meat to bone, making like a pocket
fry some sausage, make the pieces like hamburger for tacos
bake a small pone of cornbread, crumble after it cools
mix cornbread and sausage, use a little beef broth to moisten
stuff the mixture into the chop opening
using a fish grilling basket, grill the chops for about 45 to 50 minutes depending on how hot your grill is, turning every 8 to 10 minutes

you don’t have to worry if the stuffing is done, you already cooked it.
