J P asked: I’m hosting a dinner party this weekend and have 10 pounds of fresh gulf coast shrimp to grill. I can google as good as the next guy, that’s not what I’m looking for. Any good tried and true shrimp recipes from your kitchen?
Thank You in advance

StupidKupid asked: I’ve tried grilling Tuna and Salmon, seasoned with salt and pepper — but both turned out tasting pretty plain.
How would I bring more flavor into it? Any sauces I should try? What do you recommend?
