tangymota asked: Had to put the grilling on hold, considering all the severe tornadic weather we had here in Central Illinois. The wind and the horizontal rain put quite a bit of damper on the “Easter Festivities.” No sh*t, at times, it was raining upwards. Lightning was ferocious. Hail was about nickel sized. My Chevy pickup took a beating, but nothing insurance can’t handle. Anyway, hope all of you are well. Just posted this question because I have so much left over. If I could, I send you an express meal. Peace!!!

Keith Olbermann asked: I love smoked ribs, but don’t have enough money for a smoker. Can anyone give me specific directions on how I can smoke ribs with flavor on a gas grill? What kind of chips? How do I make a smoker that will last the entire time? What kind of barbeque sauce should I use? How long should I cook the ribs? What temp should I cook the ribs at?
Thanks in advance for your help.

TANYA N asked: I live in a condo and don’t have the space for a smoker. I have a small out door grill. I love to make ribs even in the winter. Can I smoke them in the oven or on the stove when it’s too cold to do it on the grill?
