You can scramble the eggs if you mix them up in a bowl with a touch of milk, put them in the microwave full power, 20 secs at a time, stir after every 20 seconds and keep going until they go fluffy.
As for the salmon, sprinkle a little oil and add salt and pepper, wrap in kitchen foil and put in an oven proof dish, an average size salmon steak will take about 20 mins on gas mark 6 (about 200 C)

mix your eggs in a big bowl….. pinch of seasalt, dash of the pepper (i like lots). quick 1 minute blast in micro…..
slice the salmon into strips (you dont need to cook the salmon first as its smoked) and grate a little cheese…. add to the bowl, mix it up, and blast for another 1min… again stir and keep doing so every 30secs-1min until all scrambly goodness is left….
if your brave to can add a dash of tabasco….. but i prefer to just add more cheese….
I also like to have the scrambled egg on a soft white roll with plenty butter…. OMG im hungry now.

You can use your grill as a stove-top! Just use an iron frying pan straight on the grill. We do this all the time when camping. Just make sure that you use asbestos gloves as the pan handle gets very hot.

No eggs is a bit of a showstopper.
You can do scrambled eggs in the microwave, but you obviously have to be very careful with the timing. It is better to slightly undercook eggs than to overcook them, as they end up like rubber.

Well, talk about “Can you come back next week!” - I suppose you’ll have some eggs by then?
If so, scramble them in the micro - Jimmy Tarbrush taught us all that trick several years ago in an egg advert - whisk them first, then 1 min on full power, stir again then another minute, then whisk again and let stand for a minute.
