Soy Sauce ’
AliM asked: I have a recipe for salmon that envolves red wine vinegar, soy sauce & a few other things. it says to grill the salmon while basting it with the red wine mix, but I want to marinade it for at least an hour instead, and then grill it. or will it taste funny if i let the salmon soak up the red wine & soy sauce fo too long?
thanks in advance!*

mama_bears_den asked: What’s your favourite marinade recipe for beef or pork? Something with ingredients mostly on hand for someone who cooks fairly often?
Here’s mine (so far), since I’m all for sharing
Apple Juice Marinade (For Chicken Or Pork)
Yield: 2 Cups
Ingredients
1 cup apple juice
1/2 c soy sauce
1/2 c honey
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Combine all ingredients. Marinade meat all day or over night.
Excellent for grilled pork chops.
